CENTIL90 Recruitment, with its head office in Barcelona and FACTUM hr, with its headquarters in Madrid, are the two companies of Grupo MC Asociados that specialise in the Recruitment and Selection of Intermediate level. Both companies are noted for their knowledge of the job market at the national level and their professionals.

Centil90 and Factum, arose in 1998 and 1992 respectively, owing to the need that as discovered, even at the request of MC Asociados Executive Search to look for all those positions which have been historically badly managed, in the proper way and with the specific quality level. These posts lies within Centil 90 and Factum hr as their best resources, leaving to one side by the temporary recruitment agencies as these are positions of excessive level and that are left by headhunters as not offering excessively high salaries.

The result of all of this was that the recruitment and selection for these positions did not receive the treatment that the companies needed.

One of the keys of success of Centil90 and Factum was their specialisation in said positions, providing them with the same treatment, methodology and level of quality, service and thoroughness as the posts of the most senior level of responsibility that MC Executive Search undertakes. The good reception that this initiative received amongst Human Resources professionals or General Managers, depending on the size of company, has been the catalyst for the growth of this Division of the Group, which has risen from 4 to 22 professionals committed to said activity.
