Centil 90, arose in 1998, owing to the need that as discovered, even at the request of MC Asociados Executive Search to look for all those positions which have been historically badly managed, in the proper way and with the specific quality level. These posts lies within Centil 90 and as their best resources, leaving to one side by the temporary recruitment agencies as these are positions of excessive level and that are left by headhunters as not offering excessively high salaries.

The result of all of this was that the recruitment and selection for these positions did not receive the treatment that the companies needed.
