METHODOLOGY

The methodology of Selection for intermediate posts is the same as MC Asociados Executive Search utilises for management posts.

Thus, in order to make the selection at Centil 90 and at Factum hr it is common to make use of skills-based interviews and critical incidents. On the other hand, psycho-technical and situational tests are carried out when the selections so require this.
